central coast new build
This new build in the central coast of California sits on several acres of rural land.  The frontyard was designed for the grand entrance.  Behind the home between the guest casita at the rear of the defined backyard area, I designed a complete outdoor 'greatroom' including a full bar and a separate sunken kitchen/grill area away from the prevailing winds.
